Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
  • Provide professional service and advice in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
  • Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
  • Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
  • Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention.
  • Handle customers enquiries, enrolment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.
  • Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum ‘N’ Level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive work attitude, self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset

Job Requirements
